Should have stayed at previous bank
I chatted with TUMELO to change my cycle date to the 1st on the 29th of September. HE confirmed its done, but I was told by CLARENCE today its still the 15th and now my account is in Negative. I would like the fee refunded. as you pulling it off on the wrong date and change the cycle date to the 1st of each month.
