Should have never upgraded to Private Clients

I recently upgraded to a Private clients and CCD couriers has my credit cards for delivery. They for some reason have a passport number (WHY if FNB only has my ID???) which expired years ago and wont deliver without it. Eight calls later I have contacted CCD, FNB credit cards and the private suite and I was told first I should produce that passport (which I dont have since it expired many years ago!!!) I have received my credit card with my ID for years so I dont understand where this is coming from. Now my private banker is supposed to update my profile and inform them. Worst mistake ever to upgrade with this ban****!!!!!

Ordered new cards, requested branch delivery, cards were given to courier again, who again is requesting the same old passport number. Will be escalating this to the regional manager as nothing is getting sorted out. Useless.
