Should FNB be in the banking business?

It is now 2 months since FNB sucked R1 349,29 out of my account. Despite massive efforts on my part involving telephone calls, emails, visits to the local branch and HelloPeter, FNB still has the money. I even have an email from FNB telling me they will ignore me. FNB does not have a rational reason for taking the money, and certainly no reason whatsoever for refusing to pay it back. FNB clearly does not have the level of trust and integrity required to be in the banking business.
