THIS IS THEE WORST ****ING SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!!!! I had a ********** withdrawal from my account a full month ago. I filled in all the necessary documentation and for the life of me I still received no assistance. I logged a complaint with hello peter about 2 weeks ago. They told me they are sorry and would deal with this issue but still nothing!!!! To make matters worse this morning the bungling idiots cancelled my debit card without my authorization and now I don’t have a card to use on month end weekend. You stupid ****s still haven’t reversed the money that was taken from my account a Month ago without authorization!!!! That was R415 of my hard worked money. This is my last post on FNB!!! I’d advise everybody to stay away from this bank it’s absolutely ****. They haven’t helped me instead I’ve wasted my resources trying to track down my money
