Shortage of consultants!! Extreme waiting periods.
Every time I've visiated the branch I have waited for a period longer than 45 minutes. The branch has 6 consultant cubicles and only 3 are occupied at any stage. I feel the branch is poorly managed. <br> For simple quick issues like statements or collecting cards, you are included in the general queue.
