SHORT TERM LOAN TAKEN 4 DAYS LATER MONEY DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I TOOK A LOAN OF R7000 ON 2 OCTOBER 2017 ON 6 OCTOBER 2017 AND AMOUNT OF R1054.95 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THIS WAS MONEY NEEDED IN MY BUDGET THIS MONTH MY ACCOUNT IS NOW IN MINUS AND I NEED THAT MONEY TO BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT CAN BE DEDUCTED AS AGREED ON END OCTOBER 2017

I am a premier account holder and highly dissapointed in the services from FNB. I received an email yesterday from Premier : Thanks for your recent communication with FNB. Please note that we have escalated the matter to the temp loans department for further assistance, Have a good day further, Regards So my team of bankers are not even assisting in this matter to ensure it is resolved quickly, it was just forwarded to another department and I still have no feedback and my account is still in minus.... I need this amount to be paid back into my account is someone going to assist?
