Short term loan closure

I called fnb multiple times to request that they close my short term loan account, it was handed over and the 3rd part has sent a paid up letter. I paid on the 25/04 and have been struggling since, the agent advised that it was going to take a week. The IVR machine takes me in circles. Poor service
