Short Term Loan

I made a short term loan on the 18/2, on the 3/3 the loan was settled with full amount, now discount. On 5/3 i app**** again but then it said account not open/not eligible. Phoning the number provided how many times each consultant has a nother story. One said we have to wait for the account to reset. week later phoned again then it was said we must wait till after the 18th of the month then only will the loan reset and we will be able to make a loan. It is now the 4/7 more than a month later and we still not able to process a short term loan after we have done this for the last couple of months. And every month withing 15days the loan was settled with full interest. I send email and getting no answers or response.
