short term loan

I took a short term loan on 06/11/2015 for R6000 , but before I manage to make use of it and in just over 48 hours after I made the loan the bank took the loan repayment from my accout plus an additional R720 as an initiation fee . I contacted FNB on facebook and was told by a mr RB Jacobs that if I recieve a loan that I must immediately withdraw all the money in my account ???? What is internet banking , eft , cellphone banking etc, for ? Must we keep money in our matresses again ? How can I be charged for a loan that I never could use as the bank was way to fast to take a repayment , leaving me worse off than 48 hours before . I feel ********** . How can I pay R720 for just a statement that says that I had a loan for 48 hours .
