Short Term Home Insurance

Had my short term home insurance with fnb after submitting a claim after tiles lifted and waiting more than 35 to 55 days for a response on more than multiple emails only to get a rejection letter as the report from assessor was not accurate and no Facts up to date was given to me by fnb to support there rejection was ever given a simple tap test on my tiles from accessor was done and stated poor workmanship after tiles was done more than 10 years ago and no issues in that period of time i feel that fnb was not truthful in there findings for the rejection on my claim so my experience with fnb was the worst so far to date . And i feel that having insurance for my home building with fnb was maybe the worst decision i had made would not have this type of issue with a different insurer.
