Shoddy Service by FNB Credit Card division

I was supposed to get a refund for my Discovery Credit Card. Made an arrangement with a Consultant to have the money deposited into my account. From the 3rd June have been talking to different Consultants almost every second day. They will tell you that someone will call you when you enquire when the money is going to be paid abd they never do. I think their service sucks and they are very inconsiderate especially during this difficult time of COVID19
