Shoddy Processes & Bureaucracy

I registered a business with CIPC and this took a record one day for the process to complete. Next was to open a business bank account and I called my bank and was helped by a very helpful consultant to open the account over the phone. I was assured that as as soon as I had sent the supporting docs and transferred some money into the account I would be in business. I even got a mailer to support the process.

NO FNB, it all sounded too good to be true and it was, I sent the docs immediately after the call and tried transferring money to the account but alas, Its not active. I have called the bank and now told that the process could take 7 days for the documents to be received?

How about disclose such information before opening the account? How about not display the accounts on my online profile if it takes 7 days for you to receive documents? Is there any way to expedite the process or should I start looking for another supplier? I have invoices that need to be submitted.

Very frustrating.
