Shoddy contact service of FNB

The Chat to system is terrible. Get a consultant you type your problem and either the system cuts you off or the consultant has and moved onto someone else. Secondly the call in service is not any better hang on till they eventually cut you off. I have an issue as my bank card has expired the courier company DSV is useless don't call and arrange and when they finally do, they are unwilling to assist you. I requested they deliver in the first hour of the timeslot they gave me and they were just unwilling to assist. Not a company anyone should use. FNB should look at other service provider if that is how they will be handling FNB's customers.
