Shockingly poor service from FNB FOREX

I have been dealing with your Business Forex department, for 3 weeks, trying to get a payment processes. NOT one person came back to me dispite my almost 20 emails I wrote during that 3 week period. I even emailed the complaints department and they too have ignored my emails. I walked into ABSA today and was helped and in and out of there in 10 mins, having to make a business payment out of my personal account, because FNB my business bankers can't/won't help me. It is ridiculous that you have closed all your forex departments in branches, but your online channels don't work either. SHOCKING
