Shockingly poor service

Called to ask which email to use for submitting an application, I was told to use the email address on the application form. I received a confirmation email after I sent the application with supporting documents. 1 week later I called to follow up and the application has not been captured and was told I used the wrong email. Re-sent it to Felicity Fallie and was told she received it. 1 week later I mail her and receive no reply so I follow up with a call and they have not captured the application and Elizabeth Gouws gives me her email address to send it to. I followed up again with a call and David Ntsiyene says there's no application captured and gives me his email address and once again confirms receipt. He too does not reply to my email and when I called yesterday there was still no application submitted. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager will call back. Still no call received. I'm calling again today and was on hold for 30 min waiting for a manager. I don't understand how they remain in business.
