Shockingly bad service

Surprise surprise it's fnb again !!!!

I placed 4 orders on the 3rd of March 2025 1 x esim 1 x Samsung smart watch 7 small medium in cream 1 x A25 Samsung phone 1 x Laptop

Order went through , see attached screenshots . I then remembered I put the wrong address for one delivery. I got a hold of the agents on the fnb only to be told no my order only consists of simcards. Bare in mind this only comes to light after I'd be transfered 300 times because no one has patience and no one can give me answers either.
