Shocking waiting time at FNB Greenstone Mall
It is shocking how long you have to wait in a que at FNB Greenstone Branch just to deposit a cheque. I had to wait an hour and a half, just to be helped and then to get to the front to have rude teller helping you. I suggest that FNB take some notes from Nedbank who is efficient in how they deal with their customers.
The poor old lady standing in front of me gave up, as she couldn't stand that long anymore.
If you going to take that long to assist clients, please invest in chairs for them to sit.
