Shocking waiting periods aswell as shocking service

FNB,Davenport branch,shocking service,I've been waiting for more than an hour to be seen to by a consultant whereas I was indicated a 5 minute waiting period the ridiculousness of this is the staff are either wondering around helplessly or in a office not assisting where obvious assistance is needed.
