Shocking treatment of Private Banking client

I have recently attempted to transfer my bank accounts to FNB as I had repeatedly heard from people that their customer service was of a high quality. As such, when they approached my company to offer preference banking services I decided to make the move. When I was filling in the application form, the sales consultant (Brenton Shaw) ***ured me it would be a seamless move.

Nothing could be further from the truth, not only was I ***igned a private banker (Steward Petersen) who does not reply to my emails, he has completely mucked up the issuing of cards and opening of my bank acccounts. I have tried to open my account since February and it is now May.

I am incredibly disappointed because every time I raise my concerns, I am told it's been dealt with. But it never is. There is always one excuse after another.

I have contacted the company and stated that if I do not have a new private banker in the next 24 hours, I will close my account and go back to my old bank.

Very very upsetting for a bank that claims to have it's customer's best interests at heart.

ALL BE WARNED ABOUT FNB AND THEIR FALSE PROMISES!!!
