SHOCKING TREATMENT FROM FNB

We have been clients at FNB for a very long time and bought several properties from them We requested a Cancellation of a bond suddenly we were instructed by the Lawyers that there was "outstanding monies " owed to the bank I have a Statement from the bank showing a "CREDIT" as they owed us money We queried this with FNB and very rudely and sarcastically we received a email that we owe them money SERIOUSLY After they gave us a SETTLEMENT AMOUNT WHICH WAS PAID IMMEDIATELY No phone call no contact No explanation We are shocked at the treatment we are receiving from FNB !!!!!!!!
