Shocking treatment

I cannot believe the inhumane and capitalist audacity by FNB. Being fully aware of the financial the distress the Covid-19 has caused on everyone, they still charged me exorbitant fees of R120 per each unpaid debit order. What's even worse, as soon as I had received a notification that two of my debit orders had been unpaid, before the charges were raised, I went and deposited funds to cover for the insufficiency, and there was no longer a debit on my account, but FNB still hours later charged me the R240 [R120 x 2 unpaid debit orders] and simply returned the reminder into my account. Tell me, is this really in living with the 'How can we help you' slogan? You really have no shame! Well, I have already moved my salary to another bank and will be closing this one next week. I work very hard to allow my hard earned cash be swallowed up by profits-driven institution with seemingly no interest at all to serve humanity. I'm gone!
