Shocking systems at FNB

App**** for a loan from fnb, it was declined due to my credit status still showed sequestered. When I put in a complaint..they could see on one system I've been rehabilitated but the loan declines. So they have escalated it to the creditors side but due to covid the turn around time is 10 days. I'm sitting on day 9 and no news...I can't believe why no feedback till now. Even more strange I bought a car with no issues.......blame bad service or no service because of covid
