Shocking Service yet again.

Hi, I am yet again disappointed in the service I got from FNB, this is the 2nd time in less than a week wow guys what's going on? My partners and I opened a business with FNB last week and we were advised to go to branch to activate this account, surely as advised we went to the East Rand Mall FNB branch on the 10th Dec 2017 and a gentleman by the name of Thabo Mabuza assisted us with such professionalism and advised that my KYC docs were missing and asked me to send my docs to him the Monday morning, before leaving the branch I remember we asked him is there anything else that you require from us and he confirmed that all was in order except my KYC docs. Mon morning I sent him the docs and he confirmed that everything was in order however to our surprise we received an sms saying that our acc is in pending status due to missing docs, when we called business banking we were told that they do not have our share certificate, how is this possible as we signed all of these docs at the branch on Sunday, we were again told that the courier company will contact us regarding delivery our cards and till today no communication from FNB whatsoever, I called Thabo from the East Rand Mall branch and could not get hold of him he then emailed me and said we should ignore the smses from FNB, I then emailed him back and until today we have not heard from him, WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE? How can we be getting 2 different information from FNB, now we need to keep calling no one from FNB has the courtesy to call us as their client. Guys can we get confirmation that our business account is in an active/open status and confirm when we will be getting delivery of our cards PLEASE, and can we get someone to call us please as it seems to be a mission for someone from FNB to pick up the phone and call a client really guys, is that so hard? This is the beginning of our relationship and already we are having such problems. Not impressed at all to say the least. I hope this is important enough to you to get someone to attend to this issue.
