SHOCKING SERVICE YET AGAIN

settled my loan from FNB and called them to close of the loan and send me send me the paid up letter. to date I am still waiting. amount owed was 39740.22 and I paid 40 000.00. When I called in I told the lady that FNB's service is so POOR that they will not give me feedback and guess what, they did exactly that. FNB IS A JOKE AND THEY NEED TO GET THEIR **** TOGETHER!!!<br> to make matters wors, the lady I spoke to today (Ntombi), did not even try to follow up and have my matter finalized. she gave me a complaints number that is not answered. MY NEXT STEP IS THE BANKING OMBUDS, AS THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT IS NOT WORKING!!! SHOCKED BY THIS POOR SERVICE!!!
