Shocking service while opening a business account

I opened a business account on 13/7. After several follow ups through 20 odd different consultants and a different story every time as to the status finally got it sorted and received confirmation on 18/7. The email also stated I should receive my cheque card. I have followed up on Tuesday, no one knew what was going on. Consultant promised to phone back with feedback. Never got feedback. Followed up this morning again, after dozen attempts to get through get told I need a temporary card as no card as been ordered. What?? ******* service. I am on may way to the bank to withdraw the funds and close an account not even 10 days old. Will find a bank who wants me as their client
