Shocking service when dealing with bereaved.clients.

My complaint refers to the Diseased Estate Department of FNB SA. FNB instructed by Attorneys/Executors of my Dad's estate in October 2022. No follow up nor response despite numerous attempts logged with the call centre. Ignored by the Team-Leader Arnold Romain, and Administrative Supervisor Noxolo Maloi. Absolutely no feedback whatsoever. I am horrified that i have been treated this way!!!!
