SHOCKING SERVICE - NO UPDATES ON CARD DELIVERY!!!!!

I am starting to wonder about this banks service. I am a new customer waiting nearly 2 weeks for the card to be delivered and NOBODY can help me!!!! The service is shocking to say the least.
