SHOCKING SERVICE - NO RESPONSE

<p>15 july $500 was transferred to my business account, Bank in NY confimrs FNB received the funds, I have called 15 ties, emailed 9 people, been promised by everyone they would get back to me, NOT ONE person has got back to me, it is now 25 July, I called complaints this morning, there isn't even a record of my calls or emails, when I called the forex number on FNB website, the lady infomred me they are in NO WAY AFFILIATED with FNB? I find this VERY *****, I still do not have the money and they still say there was no transaction, The bank of NY sent me a report stating that due to lack of response from FNB they cannot continue with their investigation????</p>
