Shocking Service & *********** Help desk staff !!!!

There are no benefits to being a private banking client with FNB. Their service have cost me more frustration than I have needed and the inefficiency & lack on interest from the agents and TLS are pathetic!!! Goldie Letla, Yolanda Visser and Phila Duzane - You are really in the wrong profession - As you do not keep the customer and the centre of what you do. Month after month I call in with the same query an unauthorised debit that eventually after a full month of calls and frustration gets reversed - Yet noone could stop the debit. Noone can give you a TAT on how long the process takes and what is worst is that you are promised call backs by managers as ofcourse they are NEVER AVAILABLE. FNB you have lost the one thing that made you guys unique and that was your service! I am appalled - Especially after banking with you guys for so long. I need someone from the debit order disputes department to call me and assist me ASAP!
