Shocking Service from RMB Private Bank

For the past 4 weeks I have tried to get cancellation figures on my bonded property from RMB Private Bank, a division of FNB. The service I have received and the lack of response is alarming. Trying to lodge a complaint via the app is impossible, complaining via the service centre line gives no response.
