Shocking service from FNB Unit trust department
On Tuesday 28 April I gave instructions to a company to perform a transfer of all my Unit trusts that are currently at FNB. The same afternoon I received the documents that were required to be completed and returned these to the company. The morning of 29 April this company delivered the request to FNB and CC'd me. Prior to completing the document to perform transfer I called FNB unit trusts in order to enquire as to the name and email address to who the documents were to be sent to at FNB Unit trust department. This was recorded on the application in order for the transfer Unit trusts to be transferred. On 29 April the company sent an email and on 29 and 30 April I sent a follow up emails to FNB. To date I have had no communication from the Unit trust department advising receipt of the documents. This is really shocking and this department is a total disgrace to FNB. When investing in 2025 with FNB Unit trust department I experienced an identical situation.
