Shocking service from FNB Short Term Insurance and Neil Govender Attorneys

I'm shocked with the bad service I'm receiving from FNB Short Term Insurance and their appointed 3rd party handler, Neil Govender Attorneys.

A client of FNB STI drove into the back of my vehicle on the 17th of January 2024 and, after giving me the run around submitting all sorts of supporting documents for my claim, they have now been "processing" my claim for more than 8 weeks!

How in today's date can it take any insurance party 8 weeks to approve a claim for a straight forward incident that was clearly not my fault?

I myself have been a loyal FNB banking client for about 30 years and it shocks me to see how they treat their clients when you're on the other side of an insurance claim.
