Shocking service from FNB Private Wealth

Terrible service!! You think that by being a Private Wealth customer you would get slightly better service. Don't be fooled. The private banker is of no use as he was not available when I needed him. Didn't even bother taking calls or responding to messages. The branch didn't help and referred me to their call centre. They were so clueless and unhelpful but surprisingly I deep down expected that. My query still hasn't been resolved even after being promised twice that it would. I am seriously considering moving my accounts from Private Wealth to another institution. Shame on you FNB. "How can we help?" Hahaha, what a joke
