Shocking Service from FNB Paypal/Forex

I work for a Honk Kong Company, currently trying to make a living in South Africa because I cannot go back due to Covid. I do online training and last week my Money was send to my Paypal account, at first I struggled to link my FNB Card to my Paypal, then that was resolved - by myself.....reason I say by myself, is that I called the call center I held on for an hour wasting more than a R 100 on airtime, then after 10 mails, I still have not received any word from them....shocking service........
