Shocking service from FNB, just for a simple reversal

I have been with FNB for 20yrs +... I have tried for 2 days to reverse a debit order which I am entitled to do. 1st time ever. But hey, pls be patient. On the wonderful App and secure chat, can't be done. Call 087 NR, ID, verify, and then, hold on, we'll trf to debit order reversals. Verify again. Wow, go thru your story, and accept t and C's again. And the next day, today...not done, 20 odd minutes on phones and no luck, numerous calls, paid from a cell phone. Pity I didn't take down the lady name whom acknowledged my request yesterday.

This is NOT the FNB I joined back then. Oh yes, the endless ads on TV with vibrant young people and new Business

But forgotten are the older generation that build this bank

Aargh... Seriously, I don't need this .. And may I add that this reversal won't be Free of charge ..the music that I had to listen to is no different to a Govt Dept, so is the service

It's not just money and a reversal. Geez, it's not that I am looking for a 100k loan, I just wanted a R1039 legit reversal done ...
