Shocking service from FNB Homeowners Insurance division

I logged a claim almost a month ago with FNB and I am still waiting for them to respond. This is my second hellopeter review of the same incident as they have not resolved my query and are not responding to any of my emails. In the meanwhile my premiums are going off my account and these people seem to have disappeared!
