Shocking service from FNB (E-104129)

It took me about 4 months and MULTIPLE people to eventually open up an online account to link to my PayPal. I finally got it resolved and now I want to withdraw my money and I am getting an error E-104129, Hard Hold on my account when I try to withdraw money from PayPal to FNB. What more issues do I have to deal with??? This is 100% not a good way to try get new clients. It's a pity PayPal is only with FNB.
