Shocking service from FNB costing me dearly

I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for FNB to link my paypal account after I sent them all documents that were requested. I have received zero response. My money for rent and living expenses is tied up in my paypal account and FNB is the only bank that can release it. After explaining the urgency they still haven't bothered to activate the account or get back to me. The phone is never answered and just rings endlessly.
