SHOCKING SERVICE FROM FNB CARD DIVISION AND PRIVATE WEALTH

I am absolutely disgusted with the FNB CREDIT CARD AND PRIVATE WEALTH DIVISION. Firstly, I app**** online for a GOLD credit card, but was automatically assigned a Private Wealth Credit card, which I do not want, because it is R265 per month which is a complete rip-off by the way. Then they go ahead and add a Gold credit card to my account as well. After asking them countless times to cancel the Wealth credit card, they cancel the Gold credit card - which makes me absolutely incensed. Why do they insist on me having a Private Wealth card, which I supposedly don't even qualify for and that is exorbitantly expensive? Is it just so that they can charge me the maximum? Why does no one reply to emails or take calls at the FNB CARD OR WEALTH Divisions? I am beyond appalled at this shocking service and will be taking them to the Banking Ombudsman, and I would encourage others to do the same if they have an issue. It seems it is the only way to get them to listen.
