SHOCKING SERVICE FROM FNB

FNB is probably the worse bank in the country. Our business debit card expired. About six weeks ago, I received an SMS from FNB stating that a courier company will contact me to deliver the card. When nothing materialized, I tried all avenues of communication. Their secure chat I waited an hour (Still waiting for an advisor as I write this) The help desk is non existent. Business help telephone no is non operational and so is the business department. They do not have emails any longer. The service is absolutely shocking. Our business is Ensan Trading (Pty) Ltd.
