Shocking service from FNB and FNB Nav

Shocking service from FNB and FNB Nav. I app**** for 3 license discs 1/10/2020. I am the proxy for our company vehicles. Im still waiting. I have been told to go to the post office - I have been 3 times! In fact, I ended up paying for the license renewal on one of the urgent company vehicles right there and then. No feedback as to when I will get the licenses or a refund for the one I paid for twice. My complaints number *** with FNB Premier, what a joke, was filed on the 12/11/2020 - No feedback. You know what, keep my money, Im closing my accounts. This is just ridiculous. Cheers FNB, after countless years of being with FNB, Thanks for nothing.
