Shocking service from FNB and false advertising

I have been trying for 2 weeks to open a business acc with FNB. The services has been the worst I have ever experienced. Nobody calls back, I get diverted to the wrong departments every time I phone, the information given on the App does not correspond with the information given by other agents, countless emails go unanswered. The service has been absolutely shocking. I am taking my business elsewhere. Do not be fooled by their false advertising that it is so easy to open an account with FNB.
