Shocking service from fnb and Ebucks

Fnb Private Wealth. We pay R550 per month plus other charges to have this prestigious status but the service we get from the so called dedicated private bankers is shocking. I miss my days of Sinovuyo he was the best private banker I’ve ever had. Since he left I have been allocated a guy by the name of Reece Maharaj. I have been disappointed way too many times by this guy and I kept on giving him chances. But in the last two weeks he took the cup. No responding to my WhatsApp messages, not answering my calls nor even returning my calls. He made promises to get some information for me as I wanted car finance and he just vanished, and it’s not the first time. Today I’m traveling out of the country and all the information that Reece could have helped me with if he was available I’m still in the dark about it. Services suite couldn’t help, Ebucks couldn’t help and when I called Reece he did not answer or return my call. And then there’s Ebucks travel. Farnaaz, we booked flights and it took her 3 months to send us our travel iterinary. Shocking experience from Fnb and Ebucks.
