Shocking service from FNB

I'm in the process of trying to move my homloan from FNB to Nedbank. The attorneys appointed by Nedbank to facilitate the process sent an instruction to FNB on the 24th of July to request the homeloan cancellation figures. One month later, FNB has still not provided the figures and the process has completely stalled because of this. FNB's behaviour in this regard has been nothing short of pathetic and shocking.

I'm writing this review out of desperation to see if I can get some sort of action out of FNB. The reference number for this is CAS-***7-M5R4S3
