Shocking Service from FNB

Ever since FNB spent what I can only assume was a shed load of money on revamping its image, the on line banking has been impossible to log onto - and now its telling me that my password, which I have never changed, is incorrect. I am desperate to get onto this site - and I get no response from any of the numbers or on social media.
