Shocking service from FNB

I app**** for an urgent FNB loan last week and to date it has not yet been finalized.<br> I have app**** for a loan with FNB previously and the process was always completed quickly and efficiently.<br> <br> I believe we now have to make use of Lifestyle Financial Services in order to complete the process which is an absolute nightmare !!<br> <br> I've spent hours on the phone trying to finalize my application with someone however there is nobody who can assist me. I am extremely disgusted with the service I've received and am now considering switching banks.<br> <br> I've been banking with FNB for many years and have never had any complaints until now when I require the assistance of my bank the most :-(<br> <br> Thanks for nothing !!<br>
