Shocking service from a private banker

Hi, I’an extremely disappointed with the service I got from Sedzani Selamolela in the private banking department. I initiated a chat and it seemed like Sedzani was not interested in assisting me with my query, I had to repeat questions so she/he clearly understands them. I was asking how long it will take for ownership to be confirmed since I had added my car under garage on the app. She/he said it gets added immediately without verification however on the app it’s noted as pending hence my question. She/he then said query should be referred to ebucks, don’t understand why because I’m just merely asking about the turnaround time for ownership to be confirmed. I am with fnb because of the convenience via the message option on the app but if I’m going to get people who seem uninterested with helping then what’s the use of being with fnb. I’ve never ever received such pathetic service from a private banker. I’m actually considering moving because of the inters I had with her.
