SHOCKING SERVICE FNB , NOT SURE WHY I AM STILL A CUSTOMER !!!
I app**** for life insurance via FNB on the 18.02 , Application for Insurance; FL43KQ38 - FNBREF#*** , they gave me a call , asked all the questions , but could not give me an exact amount or when debit order will go thru, the consultant advise he will send me an email with the amount and the documentation regarding the life insurance , I AM STILL WAITING , I HAVE PHONE AND SENT EMAIL AFTER EMAIL. This morning when I logged into my bank , they are offering me life insurance again ???? So has the first one been processed or what ??? This is very bad service from FNB offer products but cannot execute. Unless it is because I fall under the middle class and not much of their time and effort worth!!!!

28 Feb 2020, 14:39A consultant phone me , very rude from your customer services , she said someone will phone me regarding my complaint and put the phone down in my ear. An hour later I phoned and the lady who assisted me advised me she will put me thru to the correct department only to be put thru to ebucks and giving me options regarding booking flights and so on ????? Awesome staff and services FNB has!!!! Please cancel the life insurance ( if it has been processed ) I will go some where else as well as for the funeral plan. Please changes your adverts as it is false !!!
