Once gain I cannot believe your incompetence!!!!! You reversed a payment last week suspected ***** - my microsoft renewal. It took DAYS for ***** department to get back to me, even after saying it was NOT a *****ulent transaction. LOW AND BEHOLD you have reversed a payment I have made to microsoft WHY???????? You are messing with my income and wasting my time are you going to reimburse me ???????? AND trying contact you either by phone or secure chat, guess what not available
