Shocking service FNB
Dear FNB. I have been requesting assistance via my app and the premier banking phone line since 26 April. Till this date no call back or anything for that matter. Not even my banker made the effort thus far after I was told yesterday i would def recieve a phone call on the same day... go listern to the recording. Empty promises. Shocking service.
